Purelogics is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Operations Manager to join our team in McLean, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ServiceNow platform and ensuring its availability and performance.

The ServiceNow Operations Manager will be responsible for:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including platform availability, performance, and capacity.

Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance, including identifying and resolving system issues.

Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, user guides, and system processes.

Ensure system security and data integrity standards are met.

Develop and implement system upgrades and patches.

Monitor system performance and usage, and recommend and implement improvements.

Develop and enforce system policies and procedures.

Provide technical guidance and support to system users.

Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Analyze user requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.

Create and maintain system reports and dashboards.

Develop and maintain system integrations with other systems.

Coordinate with vendors and other teams to ensure system availability and performance.

Participate in system design and architecture reviews.

Manage system backups and disaster recovery plans.

Perform other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

3+ years of experience with ServiceNow IoTM

Experience with system design, development, and implementation.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and related technologies.

Experience with system integration and data migration.

Knowledge of system security and data integrity standards.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
