3. Customer Support: Provide top-notch support by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through their purchasing journey.
4. Sales Assistance: Collaborate with our Sales team to identify and nurture leads generated through online interactions.
5. Feedback Collection: Actively gather customer feedback to help us continuously improve our services and product offerings.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $91,000 - $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
