Position: Production Clerks supervisor (Full Time/ Permanent)
Salary: $31.35/Hourly for 40 hours/week
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Education: Secondary education required

Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is required.

Job Duties

• Establish work schedules and procedures, accomplishing results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results by coaching, counselling and discipling employees
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
• Conduct performance reviews
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
