We are currently looking for an experienced Licensed Benefits Consultant to join our dynamic remote Medicare team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding customers through their Medicare healthcare decisions, skillfully matching them with the right products and services. Your commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding the highest ethical standards will be key to consistently meeting or surpassing monthly sales objectives.

Job Overview

As a Licensed Benefits Consultant, you will work remotely from one of our designated states, offering flexibility in your working hours, including the possibility of weekends. Your schedule is determined by you, allowing for work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and generate revenue by assisting customers with healthcare decisions via phone.

Exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

Successfully complete sales transactions through closure.

Adhere to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines and company policies.

Initiate outbound calls for follow-up and business closure.

Fulfill other assigned duties and projects as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Active Life & Health Insurance License is mandatory.

Minimum of 1 year of AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) experience.

High school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap plans is a plus.

Proficiency in selling individual and/or senior insurance products via phone.

Strong command of computer software tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Project, internet applications).

Excellent communication skills.

BA/BS preferred.

Previous call center experience is advantageous.

Availability to work 50 hours per week during the final 2 weeks of AEP.

Compensation

$18 per hour base pay with uncapped commissions.

Earnings potential ranging from $32,000 to $90,000+ annually for average sales agents.

Top performers (top 10%) can earn over $100,000 annually.

Earnings directly correlate with effort and dedication.
