Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with both existing and prospective clients to understand their real estate needs.

Efficiently manage your client pipeline through our CRM and transaction management systems.

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry knowledge and licensing requirements.

Foster and expand your sphere of influence intentionally.

Conduct consultations with both buyers and sellers to provide expert guidance.

Maintain lasting relationships with past clients.

Welcome and contribute fresh ideas and suggestions.

Requirements

Must possess or be in the process of obtaining a real estate salesperson license in the State of Michigan.

Membership with the Local Board of Realtors.

This is a 1099-contractor, commission-based position.
