Resource Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Palliative Care
AccentCare As a Nurse Practitioner providing face-to-face visits, you will assess the patient's condition and document information so that the team can continue to provide care from a regulatory standpoint. During your personalized visit, you will have the opportunity to touch base with the patient to assist the Interdisciplinary Team with goals of care.

Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 /year DOE This is a field position based out of our Miami site Will cover palliative care patients in Miami Must have a current Florida NP License #Appcast Qualifications:
Qualifications: - Master's degree, required
- Current and unencumbered advanced practice nursing license in state(s) practicing
- Current and valid CPR certification required
- Certified by a nationally recognized advanced nursing practice organization
- Minimum one-year experience, required in California
- Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics, pediatric, etc.) nursing
- Minimum three years' Palliative Care services experience
- Demonstrates familiarity with policies of the agency and state(s) and federal regulations pertaining to nursing services.
- Demonstrated expertise in pain/symptom management and advanced care planning
- Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance
Posted Salary Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
