We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a member of our dynamic organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing quality mental health services and support to our diverse client base. In this position, you will be responsible for assessing mental health diagnoses, developing and executing treatment plans, and maintaining comprehensive documentation in alignment with our policies. You'll also collaborate closely with a dedicated team, working together to fulfill our mission of addressing critical needs within our community.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and design personalized treatment plans.
Client-Centered Approach: Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with our team to address the unique needs of our clients.
Creative Interventions: Employ creativity and innovation in therapeutic interventions to help clients surpass their goals.
Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed documentation for each client session, adhering to company guidelines.
Caseload Management: For full-time clinicians, maintain a caseload of at least 26 client visits per week.
Collaboration: Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical professionals, other team members, and school staff as required.
Professional Development: Attend and actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
Additional Responsibilities: Engage in other duties essential to your role that may not be listed but are equally significant.
Required Qualifications And Skills
Educational Background: Hold a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution. Candidates should be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
Clinical Licensure: Possess clinical licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LICSW, etc.).
Documentation Proficiency: Demonstrate experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Communication Skills: Exhibit effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Boundaries: Show the ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
Timely Documentation: Submit service documentation and other necessary documents promptly.
Diversity Competency: Feel comfortable and experienced in working with a diverse client base.
Technology Proficiency: Be proficient in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus!).
Insurance Credentialing: Fully licensed clinicians are ideally credentialed with insurance panels.
