Description:

Client is rolling out new Alarm panels in all 2800 stores across the US. Once the panels are installed in the stores, they will begin to do the same for the Distribution centers. The alarm panels will monitor burglary, fire, Carbon Monoxide, and Panic Alarms.

Candidates should have prior retail rollout out and/or implementation experience at an Enterprise level. They will be working with the alarm vendor as well as coordinating with other 3rd party vendors for the rollout. They must have strong communication, be super organized, and have Agile experience. This rollout will entail connecting the panels to the network so network experience (not technical but a high level understanding of networking and terminology) is highly preferred.

Minimum Position Qualifications

• Retail store install experience (MUST HAVE)
• Proven problem solving and organizational skills
• Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
• Advanced analytical, problem solving and expert communication skills
• Knowledge of advanced project management, basic program management, and basic portfolio concepts, practices, and procedures within reporting area

• Conduct project meeting, project tracking and analysis

• Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables
• Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders
• Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues
