CMK Select, a specialized project management consulting firm dedicated exclusively to the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry, is hiring a Project Manager, Medical Communications/Medical Education Lead to work with our Pharma clients Scientific Knowledge & Publications Center of Excellence. The MedComm PM/Medical Education Lead will provide project management support for the implementation of Medical Education activities within 2 focus areas: Congress activities (in-person and/or virtual speaker programs and medical booth/content) & Digital activities (pull-through of medical education assets leveraging available technologies and channels ).

The Project Manager, MedComms/Medical Education Lead will:

• Lead and develop medical communication strategy for launch activities in conjunction with the medical team;
• Work across multi-disciplinary teams (publications, commercial, global) to ensure alignment of Med Comms activities in support of medical strategy;
• Lead the Medical Comms Groups of cross-functional team members to support planning and execution of medical communication deliverables;
• Engage with Medical Experts in collaboration with the Medical Director/s to implement key medical education activities;
• Increase awareness for Congresses and drive traffic to social media (Twitter & LinkedIn) and to websites
• Work with agencies in creating content, working with Directors for approval, and work with social media companies for posting;
• Project manage social media content work - working in collaboration with/managing agencies of record (AOR);
• Manage internal submissions to ensure compliance (Medical/Legal/Regulatory - MLR)

This position will be hybrid, requiring onsite time in our client's Parsippany, NJ area office each week (2x per week). Some limited travel for in person attendance/support at assigned congresses.

This is an Associate level position within CMK Select. The initial salary range is $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
