Ideally, the candidate has extensive experience in S/4HANA aATP (Backed order processing (BoP)

Product Allocation (PAL) and Supply protection (SUP)

Alternative Based Confirmation (ABC), etc.

as well as integration with IBP (multi-site Time Series Planning + Order Based Planning) and s/4HANA PPDS.

Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.

Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment. Conduct trainings and be a mentor for junior APO team members.

Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner.

Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g., Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking.
