Who We're Looking For

We have developed an industry-leading product that brings food distributors online, increases their sales, and future-proofs their businesses. With high customer satisfaction and a successful track record, we're ready to expand our product to a larger market.

As a Senior Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and selling to food service distributors in your territory. You will build relationships, provide consultative value to key contacts, and engage with decision-makers, including C-Suite, owners, and managers.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new Distributor Partners (customers) for our platform.

Prospect food service distributors that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and leverage your existing relationships.

Identify and sell specific feature-sets (modules) that align with the needs of the Distributor Partner.

Lead product demonstrations as part of the sales process.

Maintain records of sales leads, opportunities, activities, and next steps in our CRM system.

Utilize multiple communication channels, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits, to initiate introductory and discovery meetings.

Showcase the return on investment to management and individual stakeholders.

Smoothly and efficiently handoff pertinent information to the Account Management team.

Participate in weekly sales meetings to provide feedback, stay updated on product advancements, and contribute to the development of new sales processes.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of Food Service or Hospitality experience, ideally with exposure to food service distribution.

Proven experience in achieving revenue targets, likely in a sales or business development role.

An advocate for bringing technology to legacy markets; SaaS sales experience is a plus but not required.

Exceptional time management, organizational capabilities, and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; an adept storyteller.

A self-starter who is comfortable working independently.

A passion for helping local and regional businesses succeed.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

A BA/BS university degree is preferred.
