Responsibilities

• Patient Care:
• Obtain patient medical history
• Measure/record physiologic and growth indices
• Apply health promotion principles and techniques
• Provide acute and chronic patient care, including physicals, therapy monitoring, injections, minor office surgeries, and prescription medications
• Triage patient calls and take appropriate action in a timely manner
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively
• Practice with a strong focus on maintaining patient confidentiality
• Review labs, diagnostic studies, and physical therapy progress notes
• Accurately and thoroughly document all relevant information in the patients' medical records
