TITLE: Quality Engineer, SDET - Hilton Domestic Operating Company Inc.

What will I be doing?

DUTIES: Work with product owners, front end developers and backend developers to drive testing strategy. Review and interpret requirements to deliver quality software via test automation. Translate application flows to test cases. Design and execute automated web services testing using scripting with SoapUI and Ready API. Up to 5% travel to Dallas or McLean offices required.

LOCATION: Memphis, TN (allows telecommuting from Memphis, TN metro area)

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems/Assurance or a related field, plus 2 years of experience as Software Engineer in Test or a related occupation.

Must possess demonstrated experience with: database tools (MySQL and SQL Server); DevOps tools (Ready API, SoapUI, Jenkins); testing experience using web services (REST); XML; script and non-script based functional tools (Eclipse and Selenium), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and automating test cases in Agile environment.
