Do what you say

Due to our exciting plans for transformational growth, we're thrilled to be adding an Executive Assistant (AKA; Exec Sherpa) to our high-performing and dedicated team. This role will be at the right hand of our Integrator, helping to see around corners, enhance our image, influence and outcomes, while ensuring all the trains are running on time. The Executive Assistant will support the Integrator within the company in an administrative and personal capacity by managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing meeting materials, executing projects and events, and more. We value individuals who take ownership of their work and hold themselves accountable and seek candidates who share this commitment.

You could be the right person for this important seat if you:

Are inspired by our core values, mission, and opportunity to join an amazing network of business owners and advisors who are literally changing lives.

Have a passion for entrepreneurship, small business, and the challenge that the boot-strapping start-up world offers. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and are driven to help others grow.

Have at least two (2) years of previous experience supporting an executive. From calls and emails to calendar and travel management, you ensure that no details are overlooked and the Integrator's time is strategically managed.

Keep not only yourself but others organized, and your ability to track and recall information is unparalleled.

Possess strong technology skills. From crafting documents and materials, to planning and coordinating programs, you're adept with all things Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and various other web-based applications.

Have exemplary professional communication skills, both written and verbal. You have a unique gift for the spoken and written word, are highly articulate and can adapt your approach to resonate effectively with diverse audiences.

Are a master multitasker. While you appreciate a clear deadline, you're flexible and can pivot with the exciting changes that each new day can bring.

Are proactive and always one step ahead. With a fanatical attention to detail, your gifts for seeing around corners, anticipating needs, and planning for contingencies produce great outcomes with almost no hiccups.

Have rockstar interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills. You're bright, warm, engaging, and go out of your way to serve others.

Can excel in the role of a person behind the curtain. You're resourceful and love helping others be exceptional. You solve problems with grace and poise and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. You enjoy assisting with personal errands and tasks, such as personal appointments, events, shopping, and correspondence.

Crave in-person interaction, deep connection, and positive and strategic relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders. While we offer a flexible schedule that's largely remote (but must be in the general West Michigan area) and up to 4 weeks of PTO, there will be the opportunity for regular, local face-to-face meetings as well as regional travel.

If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we'd love to get to know you. Apply today, and if you're a good match, we'll reach out to you about scheduling a conversation.

We welcome applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, and disability. Diverse teams will allow us to better meet the evolving needs of our clients and care for our future.
