We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As the bridge between our Marketing and Sales departments, you'll play a vital role in driving our business forward. If you're passionate about forging relationships, have a knack for outbound prospecting, and thrive on achieving results, we want to hear from you. Primary Role And Responsibilities

Engage: Connect with potential clients through proactive outreach via phone, making 65+ calls daily.

Identify: Qualify leads generated from various marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities.

Present: Articulate value propositions to prospects in a professional and compelling manner.

Facilitate: Arrange meetings or calls between prospects and our Regional Sales Directors.

Explore: Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market.

Manage: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by consistently updating and tracking key data points in our CRM.

Stay Informed: Stay current with our latest products, services, and pricing/payment plans.

Required Experience And Qualifications

Experience: Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar role.

Engagement: Prior experience with high-volume cold calling.

Resilience: A resilient and confident approach with an eager willingness to connect with prospects.

Communication: Exceptional written, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.

Metrics: Understanding of sales performance metrics and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Technology: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with MS Excel for data analysis.

Presentation: Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
