Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Human Resources operations
• Develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements

• Support internal teams with training and development, employee relations, and performance management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Human Resources management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency of Human Resources practices across the organization
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professional ethics in handling sensitive employee information

• Utilize strong aptitude in problem-solving to identify and address Human Resources related issues and challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Knowledge of Human Resources best practices and legal requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
