As a Sales Administrator, this person will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by providing administrative and sales support to our CEO. This is a highly visible role that requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing high-priority tasks, helping to streamline processes, and contributing to Tapchecks continued success

What Youll Do:

• Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that communication with prospects, partners, and clients is timely, professional, and in line with the CEO's voice and priorities.
• Sales Support: Assist the CEO in various aspects of sales, such as sending agreements, creating sales presentations, and tracking the progress of sales deals.
• Prospect and Partner Communication: Engage with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to nurture relationships and support the CEO's sales efforts.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain records of sales correspondence, contracts, and other important documents.
• Research: Conduct market research and gather information on prospects and competitors to support sales strategies.
• Office support: Welcome visitors into the office and take care of ad hoc office tasks.

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to work in office 5 days/week
• 3+ years of experience supporting a sales organization
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Compensation: The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
