About the Position:

The Media Analyst will join a cross-functional team of performance marketers and will contribute to the strategic and tactical online media analysis, buying and planning for the agency's clients. Media performance is core to our company's data-driven philosophy, so you will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. This role reports to our Media Manager.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work and will perform the work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas.

Your Impact:

  • Campaign building and management: You'll be hands-on in managing paid search (SEM), paid social, and display digital marketing platforms. Youll work in platforms including: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Marketing Platform. You'll build, QA, and launch media campaigns across new and existing platforms.
  • Reporting and presentation: You'll build and update dashboards, Excel, and PPT reports, and generate insights for weekly/monthly media reporting. Your reports will be critical in helping your team and your clients understand their media performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Campaign performance optimization: You'll own optimizing media performance based on agreed-upon KPIs. This will involve planning, proactive management and data hygiene, A/B testing, automation, and other strategies to ensure our clients' media investments deliver the best possible results.
  • Collaboration: You'll collaborate within your cross-functional team including account managers, media producers, and data analysts, to ensure creative strategies align with clients' business goals and objectives.
  • Industry knowledge: You'll keep up to date with the latest marketing industry and platform trends, features, and beta opportunities to better serve our clients. Your knowledge will help us stay ahead of the curve and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
  • Data management and analysis: You'll be responsible for exporting and joining data from multiple ad platforms and analytics sources to create data models for analysis. You'll also analyze data and coordinate with media managers on trends, insights, and action recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver results
  • Understanding of data manipulation in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply these concepts in real-world scenarios.
