As a Manager, Partner Marketing, you'll play a critical role on our marketing team and will be responsible for the global strategy and execution of ecosystem, channel and MSP (Managed Service Provider) partner marketing programs to both acquire new partners and also build deeper engagement with current partners.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and other marketing activities to drive partner engagement and partner expansion
  • Lead, coach, and develop members of a highly effective and productive marketing team while exemplifying the core values of the company
  • Jointly develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies and programs to generate net new demand, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth
  • Develop an integrated partner GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy by collaborating internally with Ecosystem/Alliance, Channels, MSP, and Marketing teams
  • Mobilize the company's partner ecosystem regarding co-selling and co-marketing with Vasion/PrinterLogic brands
  • Track and measure program success, making adjustments to continuously improve and maximize results while providing insights to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and a partner, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration across all marketing initiatives
  • Manage and generate the partnership marketing calendar to align internal and external teams on partner-related programs and campaigns

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in partner marketing and have a strong understanding of various marketing channels and best practices
  • Experience and a working knowledge of AWS cloud provider
  • Experience as a manager of people, leading employees and teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and a working knowledge of cloud providers Azure and Google Cloud
  • Strong understanding of various partner types including: MSP, VAR, Ecosystem and Distributors.
  • Proactive and highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to evaluate marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a team player, able to contribute positively to our unique company culture and work well with others
  • You have an optimistic and positive attitude
