needs 1 Full time retail store supervisor to join their team ASAP.

Job duties:
· Make work schedules and assign responsibilities to sales personnel.
· Grant permission for payments and product returns.
· Address any difficulties that may come up, such as complaints, requests from customers, and shortages of supplies.
· Employ new salespeople, train them, or make arrangements for their training, then track and document their progress.
· Make sure all aspects of the store's appearance, including the signs, displays, and cleanliness, are upheld.
· May handle escalating complaints, develop and implement marketing strategy, open
and close the store, sign for deliveries, and perform essential holding and managerial tasks.

Job Requirements:
· Completion of secondary education is required.
· 2-3 years of previous experience required as a salesperson or salesclerk and cashier.

Terms of employment:
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Wages: $ 22.90 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week.
