IT Elite Inc is looking for SAS Clinical programmers with CDARS Expereince.

Duration: 18+ Months and ongoing projects.
W-2 Opportunity.
Will sponsor the right candidate

• SAS Clinical programmers with CDARS, 5+-9+ years of experience required.
• Experience of extracting, manipulating, summarizing, analyzing and presenting data using SAS procedures.
• Experience of SAS/MACRO, SQL and SAS/BASE procedures.
• Experienced in use of SAS/GRAPH and Statistical procedures.
• Experience of Clinical data and medical dictionaries.
• Able to program in Unix environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical trials - how programming deliverables fit in to the process, what types of data are collected
• Data structure understanding (tall and wide structures), including concept of patient
• Able to draft programming requirements from SAP
• Strong experience with study reporting.
• Independent, follow through on assignments able to work with minimal oversight
• Proven ability to propose and implement solutions to technical coding issues.
• Able to ask the right and critical questions; identify issues, explore options and make suggestions.
• Ability to provide technical mentorship to junior programmers.
• May have experience of leading programming teams and projects.
• Good proactive communication skills.
• Ability to make tactical decisions on defined aspects of clinical programming and processes/standards used in its development
