As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies that translate into qualified pipeline leads and closed revenue. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll join a team of rock stars who think big yet are grounded in results. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a drive to get it done, digital lead generation experience, analytical skills, a strong understanding of the B2B landscape, and has 3-plus years of relevant experience in Salesforce, and a marketing automation system, Marketing Cloud or Pardot experience a big plus. An understanding of the public safety or law enforcement industry is preferred but not required. Ability to travel up to 10% for events and meetings.

Requirements

Lead and Execute Lead Generation Strategy

Lead and implement the online lead generation growth marketing strategy for law enforcement.

Act as a lead generation expert, drawing from research, competitive intelligence, behavioral data in the PepperBall Salesforce database and customer insights.

Contribute to annual and quarterly marketing plans with specific growth objectives with Sales team, create pipeline, and define both long and short-term lead generation objectives to accelerate growth.

Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns & Events

Using Pardot, create and implement new ideas on how to better reach our audiences and key personas using various channels and content mediums. Develop short and long-tail lead generation campaigns centered around case-studies, video content, sales enablement material, digital campaigns, communication strategies, and more.

Manage and build the overall PepperBall email marketing strategy, create various email lists and campaigns, create and design various email templates and CTAs, analyze each campaigns success and determine and report on email marketing KPIs.

Execute consistent and meaningful customer experiences/events with the goal of driving new and continued business. Plan, manage and help execute events (in person and webinars).

Track ROI, engagement, and audience feedback in Salesforce to measure results, assess opportunities for improvement, and optimize marketing campaigns and events.

Measure Key Results

Demonstrate how lead generation activities and plans are driving to KPIs such as pipeline created and influenced, revenue and bookings closed, and increased market penetration.

Leverage data to understand what marketing activities are effective and work with the Marketing Director to determine when a pivot to new strategies is required.

Demonstrate the ROI effectiveness for all applicable lead generation programs and devise plans to continuously optimize efforts.

Track results in Salesforce reports that can be shared with key stakeholders to demonstrate benchmarks and ongoing performance. Develop and maintain Tableau data visualization tools to communicate data effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Manage Relationships

Manage internal relationships to execute cohesive lead generation plans, adapting content to lead generation channels, and work as a key partner to the sales team.

Partner with customers and influencers in the industry to help increase awareness, adoption, and perception of PepperBall.

Other Marketing Duties

Assist as needed with other marketing duties as assigned including but not limited to: collateral creation, web updates, trade show preparation, public relations activities, marketing support.
