Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting aCisco Voice Network Engineer in Idaho Falls, ID. This position can be a remote position but must be able to travel to the site as needed.

The purpose of this temporary position is to provide services upgrade existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager and deploy Cisco Emergency Responder (E911). Provide support with Lumen and Century Link SIP trunk and PRI technologies related to E911. Duties will include:
- New deployment/Upgrading Cisco Call Manager software
- Develop a plan for implementing Cisco Emergency Responder (E911)
- Discovery/Investigation of current Call Manager environments to understand needs before starting E911 implementation
- Install, Configure, and Implement latest version Cisco Emergency Responder Server
- Work with CenturyLink and Lumen related to E911
- Evaluate and provide support for Cisco CUCM E911 licensing
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in an Information Technology related discipline plus 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Experienced with New deployment/Upgrading Cisco Call Manager software
- Experienced with implementing Cisco Emergency Responder (E911)
- New deployment/Upgrading Cisco Call Manager software
- Understanding Federal and State of Idaho E911 requirements
- Familiarity with CenturyLink/Lumen related to E911
- Understanding of licensing needs of Cisco Call Manager/E911
