NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED TAX ACCOUNTANT FROM FORT LAUDERDALE FL!
Hire Resolve is partnering up with a reputable CPA firm, that is seeking a skilled Tax Accountant to join their team. As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing tax payments and returns, as well as ensuring compliance with tax regulations and laws. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills are crucial for this role.
In addition to tax preparation, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of tax payments and providing recommendations for tax strategies that align with the company's financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tax payments and estimates
- Complete and submit quarterly and annual tax reports
- Maintain and update the company's tax database
- Identify and advise on tax planning opportunities
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification
- Minimum of 1 - 4 years of experience in tax accounting and compliance
- Solid understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $75,000 - $90,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
