As a Hospitality Sales Staffing Professional at Talent Source, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. Your primary focus will be on generating business by connecting with hotels, restaurants, event venues, and other hospitality establishments to offer them our staffing solutions. Your efforts will contribute to the success of both our clients and Talent Source.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues. Initiate contact, build relationships, and present our staffing services to meet their specific needs.
  1. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' staffing requirements, including the volume and type of staff needed, and the desired qualifications and experience.
  1. Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our staffing services and demonstrate how they can address clients' unique needs.
  1. Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets. This may involve negotiating contracts and terms.
  1. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  1. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to remain competitive and innovative in the market.
  1. Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure that client staffing requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
  1. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system, providing regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing needs and challenges faced by hospitality businesses.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and persistent approach to sales.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.

Compensation:

  • 1099 Contractor Remote Position
  • Must live in DFW
