The Inventory Clerk is primarily responsible for handling incoming and outgoing packages in our warehouse. Job duties include tracking inventory, keeping accurate records, packaging, and weighing items, creating and printing shipping labels and postage, inspecting goods received for damage, and distributing products to other departments.
*Please note this role requires you to be in our office 5 days a week with a 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. shift or 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. shift*
Requirements
Essential Functions:
- Creating customer sales orders and return orders.
- Managing outgoing shipments, packages, and pallet orders.
- Creating internal shipping documents through FedEx and tracking the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Unloading trucks and deliveries promptly, sorting and stocking receivables, and maintaining an accurate log sheet of daily moves and inventory count.
- Labeling receiving packages with internal part numbers, quantities, and purchase order numbers.
- Cataloging and stocking products for the business and performing quality checks on stored inventory.
- Performing daily cycle counting for finished goods and raw materials.
- Updating inventory count and maintaining accurate records to share with management and other stakeholders.
- Reporting discrepancies.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse and following all safety procedures and SOPs.
- Perform Manufacturing tasks such as product assembly and test as needed.

- Technical capacity proficiency with MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Proactively communicates with leadership on progress and issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Ability to use inventory computer programs.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience is beneficial.
Travel Requirements
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to commute to the office on designated days.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
Work Environment: This job is in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment. Low to moderate noise level. Occasionally hours may be long, early, late, or include the weekend.
Physical Demands: Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time; manual dexterity to use a computer; vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, depth perception, peripheral vision, distance vision, and close vision. Ability to hear, speak, read, answer the telephone, reach, bend, stand, walk, and stoop. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Benefits
The range for this full-time position is $26.80 - $30.00 per hour.
