We are seeking a talented individual to join our Information Systems team, where you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, developing, and implementing various SQL, inter-platform, and data solutions. As a key contributor to our cloud, on-prem, and 3rd-party environments, you will leverage your expertise in architecture and data modeling to make a lasting impact. What You'll Be DoingCollaborating with multiple business operations teams to provide solutions through architecture and data modeling. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our business teams, acting as a vital communication channel for Information Systems. Partnering with departments to help them achieve their strategic objectives. Being a proactive self-starter with professional maturity and confidence. Demonstrating mental agility and strong interpersonal skills. Maintaining a positive attitude with a tenacious desire to learn. Qualification RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science or other IT-related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). 5+ years of experience in a variety of environments, platforms, and products, including but not limited to: SQL Server 2017+ Python, Informatica, .NET, Java, etc. Azure, AWS database administration SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS Monitoring and database optimization ODBC connections 3rd party products and solutions: CrunchTime, Point-of-Sale systems (Aloha, Toast, Micros, etc.), PowerBI, Excel, Crystal Reports, Tableau, PowerShell Scripting, Microsoft Business Office Suite applications, UKG UltiPro, FreshService Help Desk. Essential DutiesProviding technical expertise to ensure network facilities and systems are sufficient, appropriate, and functioning. Collaborating with other technical staff to resolve problems with software/infrastructure systems. Planning and leading IT projects and providing guidance to IT groups across the organization. Working with Enterprise Architectural leadership on proof of concepts, feasibility analysis, and technical research. Managing and monitoring Microsoft 365 services and hybrid infrastructure. Supporting Microsoft 365 mobile applications. Documenting changes to systems using change management best practices. Assisting with the migration of large volumes of data into the cloud platform. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with user access to cloud services. Work EnvironmentGenerally, 8 am-5 pm (Mon-Fri), with flexibility for work completion and general support. Hybrid, flexible work environment involving in-office as needed and remote work. Physical ActivitySitting for long periods; Ability to Lift/Carry up to 25 lbs.
