(link removed) Architect Location: Hermitage, TN, USA, 37076 Duration: 3 Months Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Architect for an onsite position in Hermitage, TN. This role requires the candidate to be present at the office three days a week (Tue-Thur). Please note that candidates must reside in either Nashville or Tampa. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience, well-versed in .NET development, and adept at working in an agile environment. Proficiency in .NET and experience with Azure projects are essential for this role. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and resolution for multiple SharePoint applications during the migration from SP2010 to SP2013.
- Effectively communicate design decisions, technology costs, benefits, and implementation requirements to both business and IT Leadership.
- Implement Multi-Factor Authentication and uphold firm standards on multiple SharePoint applications.
- Collaborate closely with Performance Engineering and our Web and Infrastructure Technology teams to define the deployment architecture.
- Participate in and lead technical efforts as necessary, especially in production troubleshooting and War Room Activities.
- Identify and seize opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce time-to-market, improve solution quality, and enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and embrace best practices.
- Demonstrate a high level of professional flexibility and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. While an advanced degree is preferred, we place significant value on relevant experience and accomplishments.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and expertise in .NET, HTML5, CSS3, REST, and WCF technologies.
- Proficiency in various Technologies/Methodologies, including SharePoint Designer Workflows, Visual Studio Workflows, Infopath, JQuery, AJAX, REST, CSOM, JSOM, Master Pages, Page Layouts, Branding, HTML, CSS, SharePoint (2010 and 2013) Custom Solution Development (Farm, Sandbox solutions), SharePoint Web Parts, Application Pages, Event Receivers, ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, PowerShell, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server (2008, 2012, 2014), Debugging, and Troubleshooting.
- Preferred experience with Technologies/Methodologies like Active Directory, ADFS 3.0, Azure Active Directory, and Integration with RSA.
- Minimal travel requirement (less than 10%).
