Position: Senior Paralegal/ Office Manager Location: Beverly Hills, CA Type: onsite/hybridWhat We Are Looking For Senior Paralegal/ Office Manager We are looking to hire bright, hard-working, team-players to join our fast-growing firm. Responsibilities As a Senior Paralegal / Office Manager at Setareh Law Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice and supporting our attorneys. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the law office.
- Supervising and leading a team of paralegals and administrative staff.
- Assisting attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and drafting correspondence.
- Coordinating and scheduling client meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
- Maintaining organized and accurate case files and documentation.
- Handling client communications, both in person and via phone/email, and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing the firm's calendar and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Overseeing office finances, including billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Implementing and maintaining efficient office procedures and workflows.
- Collaborating with attorneys to ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.
- Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
Skills And Qualifications - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work independently while remaining motivated by results is necessary for this position.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment while working under pressure deadlines.
