We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our key clients for a position of SQL/SSRS Developer, to work on a remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Create reports to assess the health of our provider network, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
• Develop a report that identifies pregnant members and directs them to targeted prenatal services, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Utilize R/R-Studio, Python, or Power BI to design an interactive COVID-19 dashboard, providing real-time information to stakeholders.
• Assist in onboarding a new 3rd-party reporting tool by conducting end-user testing and creating a maintenance plan for seamless integration.
• Utilize Azure DevOps, TFS, or other software development/project management tools to respond to requests, track progress, and maintain version control for reports and code.
• Develop a comprehensive data dictionary for new lines of business, ensuring clarity and consistency in data interpretation.
• Customize data sets (commercial or open) to fit Trillium's requirements, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement new security measures to safeguard HIPAA-protected member data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Extensive years of experience in SQL/SSRS development and reporting.
• Proficiency in R/R-Studio, Python, Power BI, and other relevant reporting tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
