Job Summary:

A client of ours in Rockville, MD (Hybrid) is looking for a Software Developer((link removed)) for a Contract to Hire opportunity.

Description:

As a Software Developer, you will join a group of highly responsive, passionate, creative problem solvers committed to accelerating insight with clinical research. Responsibilities:

Develop web applications and APIs using technologies such as C# and ASP.NET

Be part of an agile team delivering high quality software

Conduct unit, integration, load, and accessibility testing

Develop design documentation

Work closely with other team members to implement and support planned functionality

Adhere to build-and-release schedules and strategies

Evaluate new technologies and remain current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Execute other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience

2+ years' experience in C#, ASP.NET applications, REST/WebAPI, .NET Core, MVC

Experience with MS SQL Server

Experience with JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery, Angular, React, VueJS)

Experience with CSS libraries (e.g., Bootstrap)

Experience with object-oriented concepts and design patterns

Experience in Agile software development

Experience with Team Foundation Server as a code repository

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Experience with Cloud technologies AWS or Azure

Experience/Knowledge in developing applications using open source stacks

Strong presentation skills

Minimum 10+ years of Software Developer((link removed)) Experience.
