Job Responsibilities.

• Perform quality assurance to streamline all the payment processing capabilities of the Bank into one central hub. High level objectives of the Payment Engine includes:
  • Lower Bank's total cost for payment processing and regulatory compliance.
  • Improve quality of service in payment landscape across the bank.
  • Enable greater payment operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of various Cash Management products including Payments, Payroll, Cheques, Virtual Accounts, SWIFT is a MUST.
• Fast Payments and Proxy Payments across different markets AE (IPI & IPP), IN, SG, MY, TH, JO, UK, GH, ZA etc would be an added advantage.
• Responsible for the production of test scenarios, scripts and other UAT documentation and the identification and extraction of custom data for use in testing
• Proficiency with related Project tools including but not limited to JIRA, MS Excel, MPP, MS Visio, HP-QC etc.
• Experience with Global Transaction Banking products and channels is a MUST.
