1st time travelers welcomed-travel friendly facility! 1 year experience required Colorado DORA and BLS required Monday-Friday 6:45a-3:15p Monday-Friday. After orientation, they will rotate on-call during evenings and weekends a couple times per month. total of 3 operating rooms but we only use one operating room at one time because we have one nurse anesthetist. We staff the c-section room, procedure room, and endoscopy room. The procedure room is used for local cases that are not performed in the doctor s offices. In the endoscopy room we do IV conscious sedation and also monitored anesthesia care (MAC) depending on physician preference. Here is a list of the types of cases: C-section, tubal ligation, lap cholestectomy, lap appendectomy, open hernia repairs, hemorrhoidectomy, large and small bowel resection, exploratory laparotomy, pilonital cystectomy; lap hysterectomy, supercervical hysterectomy, ESSURE, interstem placement, laparoscopies; Phaco cataract surgeries; colonoscopies, gastroscopies and rarely bronchoscopies; total knee, total hip, rotator cuff repair, shoulder arthroscopies, knee arthroscopies, ACL repair, I & D s, and ORIF s.
