Global Gateway Advisors seeks an Account Supervisor with experience in corporate reputation management and a passion for ESG and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to lead client teams in managing relevant thought leadership programs that are strategic, creative, and impactful for organizations and their c-suite leaders.

At our firm, Account Supervisors serve as trusted day-to-day advisors to our clients and deliver the highest level of client service, ensuring strategic work products are delivered on time and within budget. They are responsible for leading executives on account teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring client work product is flawlessly executed. Account Supervisors mentor and train executive team members and contribute to firm initiatives. They are adept at managing up, down, and across account teams to deliver results.

A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of agency experience is required. This position is New York City-based only.

Requirements

Key Competencies

  • Experienced in developing and implementing integrated thought leadership platforms for corporate reputation in the areas of ESG and DEI, and executing content strategies across a variety of channels
  • Possesses strong writing and editing skills for all types of written materials, corporate and executive communication, including news releases, executive talking points and Q&A preparation
  • Owns strong relationships with media and has a deep understanding of the changing media landscape and approaches to break through
  • Knowledgeable about social media content development and strategy, especially LinkedIn
  • Builds strong client relationships through open communication and regular client interaction
  • Develops budgets that align with deliverables and ensures deliverables are on target, on budget, and on time
  • Manages invoice process from start to finish
  • Demonstrates strong project management, organizational and public relations skills.
  • Oversees and manages executive-level colleagues in executing work outlined in client programs
  • Shows up as an inclusive teammate and fosters a culture of belonging
  • Skilled at managing up and across teams to align teams and business priorities
  • Contributes to the growth of existing client business organically by demonstrating ongoing value to clients
  • Participates in new business presentations, including research assignments to inform program concepts, program architecture development, etc

  • BA/BS degree or higher and at least 5-7 years of experience in a global communications agency
  • Well-versed and experienced in various communications sectors focusing on ESG and DEI priorities
  • Position is New York City-based only

Base Salary Range

$85,000 - $100,000
