Moonbug Entertainment is looking for an Application Support Engineer. You will be supporting day-to-day operations of office colleagues with a focus on daily task automation. Participation in a variety of feasibility studies, POCs and research projects, working alongside the technology consultants, SMEs and software development team.

This role will report full-time on-site at our Los Angeles office.

About You

As an integral part of Moonbugs IT department, you are a tech-savvy professional who is passionate about delivering top-notch IT support and solutions. You have a keen eye for detail and are always up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
You have a strong background in managing various IT systems and are comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Your excellent communication skills enable you to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms to non-technical staff members.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Your proactive approach allows you to anticipate potential IT issues and address them before they escalate.

Requirements

• 3 + years of relevant work experience in a desktop support position
• Experience supporting finance, legal and media production SaaS applications, either from admin or user experience. e.g Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe, (link removed)
• Analytics Highly proficient in Excel/sheets.
• Ability to compile data from various sources, manipulate data and present back findings e.g engagement metrics, suggested account optimization improvements etc.
• Device management (InTune / Azure AD / Jumpcloud)
• PowerShell, Bash scripting
• API experience essential
• Knowledge of cloud technologies essential
• Strong knowledge of OS X / Windows 10 / Linux
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Comfortable with preparing and maintaining documentation
