As an Associate Peer Group Leader at NeuGroup, you will support Peer Group Leaders in organizing and facilitating semi-annual meetings and virtual interactions with our members. This role requires a strong interest in finance and treasury functions within global companies. You must be an organized multitasker with excellent project management and communication skills, capable of interacting with senior-level executives. The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment is essential, and willingness to travel (in accordance with Covid restrictions) may be required.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with other APGLs to streamline operations and implement best practices

- Onboard new members onto the NeuGroup platform and schedule introductory welcome meetings

- Collaborate with the Marketing team on upcoming meetings and promotional collateral development

- Manage member peer group sites and conduct market research to identify potential new members

- Work closely with the Sales team on new membership opportunities

- Deliver project management support for scheduling and planning peer group meetings

- Collaborate with Peer Group Leaders, members, and meeting sponsors to develop meeting agendas

- Prepare and collect meeting materials and presentations

- Drive meeting attendance through active outreach efforts

- Coordinate with the Events team on meeting logistics and attendance

- Take meeting notes and capture key takeaways

- Participate in debriefing sessions with the Content team for publication in NeuGroup Insights

- Ability to travel up to 30%

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or finance related field required, with 2-3 years of post-college business experience
  • Highly organized professional with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks with precision
  • Proficiency in virtual and hybrid work environments and tools ie Zoom or Teams
  • Fluency in MSFT Office
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Salesforce and Asana
  • Excellent communication skills
