- 0-5 Yrs of exp as a BA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirement documents, process flows, and use cases.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Conduct data analysis to generate insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and ensure alignment with business goals.
Salary: The compensation package for this role falls within the range of $25/hour to $30/hour, applicable to hybrid and onsite positions.
