Mandatory Requirements:

84 months experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts.
60 months experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the "as-is" state and development of a "to-be" process.
60 months experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
36 months experience evaluating business processes and working with business users to gather requirements for Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication.
36 months experience working on Change Management strategies, plans, and activities designed to prepare and support people to adopt to changes in business processes, systems and technology, and organization structures.
60 months experience writing reports, preparing business cases, and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders (link removed)
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Business Analyst Certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, or comparable)
