You have a minimum of 3+ years of Product Management experience working in a Martech focused role.
Previous experience with Salesforce a plus, especially in Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Evergage / Interaction Studio ).
Strong communicator across different audiences and communication styles. Can simplify intricate problems and effectively explain them to a non-technical audience.
You are highly quantitative, analytical and business-minded with an ability to pursue complex problems in an organized way.
You are comfortable working closely with Engineering and have experience with Agile development.
You have a high energy, can-do attitude with willingness to do what it takes to get things done.
You have strong organization, analytical, and planning skills, with the ability to maintain multiple projects without compromising results.
You are self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented environment.
