Business Development Manager
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00
Commission Structure: Tiered Commission - Varies between 15% to 50% depending on draw or traditional base salary
Requirements:
- 3+ years of business development experience in GTM staffing within the tech space
- Proven track record of billings of $500k+
- Experience with retained executive search
- Must have staffing agency experience

About the Role
In this role, you will primarily focus on bringing in net new accounts and expanding the client base - mainly handling retained and contingent mid-level to executive searches.

- Prospect, engage, and obtain new business for new GTM roles in the tech space
- Establish, build, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
