Global Dimensions is seeking a Facilitator/Property Management Specialist II for a position located in Barstow, CA.

The Facilitator/Property Management Specialist II coordinates and facilitates property control activities to ensure continual accountability of GFE/CFE property as described in PMSA Plan and prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulations, Part 45. Issues, receives, and inspects all GFE/CFE equipment and facilities to and for internal and external customers. Trains customers on proper operation of equipment. Maintains all records accordingly. Provides logistical and administrative support to management and preserves all documents pertaining to each rotation. Verifies signature cards (1687) and assumption of command memorandum for the RTU. Identifies, submits, and reconciles facility maintenance work orders in all applicable facilities. Inputs, updates, and exports information in GCSS Army, SharePoint or government approved LIS. Maintains key control and security for all applicable areas within the section in accordance with all applicable regulations, processes, and procedures.

Complies with all company policies and procedures. Complies with all safety, environmental, and quality standards in accordance with work instructions, PWS and applicable ARs. Performs clean-up duties and polices the area as assigned. Will participate in training and cross-training sessions as required or necessary. Required, on an as needed basis, to assist to perform function in alternate areas of the project. Performs other duties as assigned. In the absence of the Manager/Supervisor, the Facilitator/Property Management Specialist II takes roll call, prepares the PERSTAT, and assumes the responsibilities of the Supervisor, and will clear the RTU.

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Proficient in Microsoft suite with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must understand and be able to read technical manuals
• Must be proficient in computers and office machine usage
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Must have two (2) years verifiable experience in the use of GCSS-Army system
• Must have applicable G-Track training certificates
• Must have two (2) years, verifiable total experience in supply accountability and procedures
• Must possess a valid state drivers license and be able to obtain an operators permit for each type of vehicle or equipment required to operate
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to lift fifty pounds
• Must be able to work more than 40 hours a week and holidays when required
• Must be physically capable of performing required work in extreme hot and cold, low visibility, rain, and blowing sands and dusts.
• Must be able to work under stressful circumstance and meet short suspense date
