Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial HVAC technician located in Lancaster, PA, with the flexibility of remote work. As a Commercial HVAC technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for our commercial clients. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems within a fast-paced environment. Qualifications - 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems with the ability to diagnose and repair efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to work effectively in teams
- Experience reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Certification or licensure in HVAC systems is a plus, but not mandatory
