About the Job

Are you passionate about textile design, print development, and creating whimsical and unique designs in the apparel industry? Printfresh is seeking a talented Textile Designer. This role involves creating and executing original print and embroidery designs and setting them up to be factory-ready. While we are based in Philadelphia, this job may be performed remotely.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Print and Embroidery Design: Create, and execute original print and embroidery designs for our apparel collections. Must be comfortable creating bold artwork with floral and conversational motifs.
• Artwork Finalization: Finalize factory artwork for print and embroidery and providing detailed instructions, including Pantones. Manage the preparation of artwork.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Textile Design, Fashion, or related field.
• Extensive experience in textile design, print and embroidery design, preferably in the womens apparel industry.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• 8+ years of experience in textile design for fashion brands strongly preferred.
