Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for planning and executing a large number of tradeshows and events on an annual basis working in conjunction with Marketing Communications and Marketing counterparts.

This includes, but is not limited to
Managing our annual tradeshow and events calendar
Manage and refine our tradeshow and events process
Develop tradeshow strategy based on business objectives
Plan and execute assigned tradeshows and events throughout the year independently
Manage tradeshow budgets
Collaborate with external tradeshow vendors/suppliers
Manage tradeshow leads within our Salesforce database
Using surveys and lead analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of each trade show and recommend any needed improvements
Determine the effectiveness of marketing materials from the tradeshows resulting in ROI measure

Qualifications
Experience managing all aspects of a tradeshow
Ability to work across a matrix organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors degree in journalism, marketing, communications or a related field
