(link removed) is hiring a Batch Maker for our client in Essex, VT. These roles are are Direct Hire onto our clients Payroll.
Effective immediately, For 1st shift, the bonus is $1,000 and for 2nd shift it is $1,500.
What to know about the Batch Maker role:
The Batch Maker maintains the batch environment while operating equipment safely to produce batches with varying quality expectations and process complexities from product to product.
2nd shift: 2:30 pm 1:00 am Sunday Thursday (priority shift needed) or Monday Thursday 1st shift: 5:00 am 1:45 am Tuesday Friday or Monday - Thursday Pay $22 - $27

Effective immediately, any temp converted to a Twincraft employee will receive a sign on bonus after being employed at Twincraft for 60 days after their conversion. For 1st shift, the bonus is $1,000 and for 2nd shift it is $1,500.
Batch Maker Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to perform routine duties independently and accurately with minimal supervision. Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to calibrate and operate testing equipment and oversee detailed documentation. Execute and interpret thorough instructions across multiple documents.
Batch Maker Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Efficiently operates necessary equipment to measure and mix materials. Completes detailed and accurate documentation throughout the batch making process. Safely handles and stores raw materials as directed in designated, secure locations. Collaborates and communicates with all members involved in the production process. Performs the cleanup of batching equipment and maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Implements current procedures related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost; and creatively seeks ways to make improvements within these procedures. Supports and adheres to company policies, procedures, and values. Performs other duties as assigned.
Batch Maker Physical Requirements: Frequently moving items weighing up to 55 pounds across the Batch and Warehouse area. Constant moving throughout the facility and sometimes on wet floor in the Batch area. Must be able to push up to 70 pounds. Visual acuity to read and follow instructions as well as inspect product.
