Position: Entry-Level Production Associate

Job Type: Full Time, Year-Round

Work Hours: Day Shift, 7 AM 3:30 PM

Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $17.50/Hour

Primary Responsibilities:
As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your duties will include:

* Setting up tool holders and measuring equipment for each batch
* Using a variety of hammers strategically to bring metal rods within predetermined tolerance ranges
* Determining the location of parts in the production process prior to check/straighten
* Transporting straightened parts to their next location
* Manually re-surfacing hammers as needed
* Performing routine housekeeping of the work area

Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you need:

* Clear communication skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Capability to sit for 8 hours per shift
* Use of primary arm to swing hammers
* Willingness to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
* Good judgment and attention to detail
* Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
* Reading proficiency
