Skills and Abilities:

* Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook), Database/Inventory Management Systems.
* Forklift Experience: Preferred, or a willingness and ability to learn.
* Communication: Efficient and effective communication skills.
* Detail-oriented: Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Warehouse Operations: Loading/unloading trucks, stocking items, and wrapping finished goods.
*Inventory Management: Safely handling and storing materials, conducting regular audits.
* Shipping and Receiving: Verifying paperwork and maintaining records.
* Production Support: Moving components to ensure production lines have necessary materials.
* Continuous Improvement: Creatively seeking ways to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost procedures.

Physical Requirements:

* Constant movement throughout the facility.
* Lifting: Frequently moving items weighing up to 30 pounds.
* Visual Acuity: Reading and following instructions.
