Job Summary:- Overseeing and managing the production process to ensure efficiency and quality
- Developing and implementing production schedules and workflows
- Coordinating with other departments such as procurement and logistics
- Monitoring production output and adjusting schedules as necessary
- Training and supervising production staff
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with engineering teams for product development
- Managing inventory levels
- Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for production
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management and logistics
- Ability to assemble, fabricate, and install components according to specifications
- Experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Attention to detail to ensure quality control throughout the production process.
