We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant/Program Manager to play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and sustainability of our Embedded Consulting Services (ECS) team. The successful candidate will support the management of the embedded delivery team, meticulously track service metrics, oversee budgets, handle project delivery lifecycles, and contribute significantly to business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively liaise between Control Risks and client environments to ensure the success of both consultants and clients.
  • Regularly communicate key program metrics to internal and external stakeholders through presentations, check-ins, and dashboard usage.
  • Drive business development opportunities by actively engaging with clients and ensuring successful client relationships.
  • Manage the financial administration of engagements, including budgeting and billing.
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle for embedded consultants, from sourcing and onboarding to management, development, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with client hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to identify consulting needs.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems for embedded consultants.
  • Support Human Resources functions by distributing employee benefits programs, managing performance cycles, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention.
  • Coordinate consistent service delivery across global regions (NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, APAC) and manage global program communications, processes, and budgeting.
  • Maintain and innovate documentation and process workflows for continuous improvement.
  • Execute long-term strategies as a project manager, emphasizing meeting deadlines, tracking milestones, and updating progress for relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Customer Service, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in People operations or project management, preferably in a fast-paced tech company or startup.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating a high level of professionalism and client-facing acumen.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented to balance multiple projects, client requests, and dynamic priorities.
  • Strong relationship management, people leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position in California or NYC is $115000-130000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per California SB 1162 and the NYC Wage Transparency Law.
