Position SummaryAs a Human Resources Business Partner in our dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies. Focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement, you'll play a key role in understanding and translating business priorities into actionable people strategies. Acting as a change agent, you'll drive results by enhancing organizational capability and performance, and lead enterprise-wide HR projects tied to our overarching HR strategy. EssentialDuties & Responsibilities: Partner with leaders in the assigned client group/location, translating business projects into people priorities, HR solutions, and action plans. Exert influence for positive change, proactively mitigating and resolving employee issues. Streamline processes and best practices, including communications, surveys, and the new hire process. Provide guidance and coaching on employee engagement, performance management, career development, talent assessment, and retention. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in planning and executing various HR programs. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and implement sustainable solutions. Consult on succession planning, talent review, and drive the annual compensation planning cycle. Support transformational change and communication efforts, providing consultative support to leaders in executing business strategies. Implement programs and processes within client groups, covering performance and compensation, org design, assessments, talent development, and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). QualificationsRequired: Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or related field (or relevant combination of education and experience). 4+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or other HR role, including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, and HR project management. Demonstrated ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex issues. Effectively partner with all levels of the organization and positively influence teams. Experience in turning business strategies into people-related actions. Understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations. Thorough understanding and hands-on application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices, and standards. DesiredCalifornia Labor Law experience is a plus. Masters degree in business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus. PHR Certification is a plus. Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus. Additional InformationThis position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
